Screen Printing Decoration Facilities
Various printing equipment is available to our customers to meet single or
multipass designs and respond positively to small and large requirements,
including assistance with design and development.
Pad Printing
Specialist pad printing equipment is available for components which cannot
be screen printed. Cosmetic components, bottles, aerosol caps and electrical
partsand is also ideal for industrial, household and personal care components.
Shrink Sleeve Facility
Semi and automatic shrink sleeving equipment using steam tunnel process to
sleeve plastic bottles, tamper proof caps and other components. The process
equipment being very flexible and capable of achieving excellent quality
of difficult designs with quick turn around of sleeved components.
Artwork Origination
Cannon Plastics have its very own screen making facility and can offer artwork
origination and technical help with screen printing designs.
Quality Control
Process inspection control procedures are operative and apply also with in-line
operatives regular checks are carried out by experienced quality control
personnel. Scanning visual equipment available as part of a standard inspection.
Production Support
Cannon Plastics have an in-house tool room facility which provides a flexible
24 hour service to our production team, offering full 24 hour engineering
support. In addition, audited approved local sub-contractors are available
as back up contingency with any major emergency change part requirements.
